Copper Crossing 7

Office Warehouse

Copper Crossing Building 7 is a massive 659,000-square-foot facility designed and constructed for Holcim to support the manufacturing and distribution of polyisocyanurate roofing insulation and various sizes of sheet metal. Built using durable tilt-up concrete, the structure showcases both scale and innovation.

The project utilized Holcim’s FortiCem blended cement, significantly reducing the carbon footprint across the footings, foundation, floors, and tilt panels. Sustainability was a key focus, aligning with modern construction standards.
In collaboration with Big-D Construction, the team meticulously coordinated production piping, product flow, and traffic patterns throughout the site. The precise placement of the intricate piping systems—critical to polyiso production—was achieved through close teamwork and attention to detail.

Copper Crossing Building 7 exemplifies sustainable building practices combined with efficient design, setting a new standard for industrial facilities.
