This masterplan of the block east of the Ogden Utah Temple offers a mix of retail, living units, condos, event space, and a hotel. An outdoor living space between the living units and the hotel is topped with festoon lighting to allow residents a comfortable exterior lounge space. Each building contains materials that tie the design to the old brick buildings of historic downtown Ogden.
