Pirates Cove

Pirates Cove is a private residence located in Boulder City, Nevada featuring 21 bedrooms, 4 full kitchens, 3 pools, 2 water slides, 2 outdoor bars, a poolside pizza oven, theater, full gym, racquetball court, and more. It all started when the owner wanted to remodel the existing home on the site, with a pirate theme. Since that time 3 more phases have occurred with new buildings, concrete pirate ships, grottos, waterfalls, rooftop patios, and the list goes on. AE Urbia has worked on this project from its conception, providing the owner with design and construction administration services over the past 15 years.
