Millpond

The Millpond Apartments is a garden-style apartment project that consists of 12 separate buildings - located right next to Mill Pond in American Fork. The 25 plex 3-story design combines the garden-style apartment variety with that of townhomes. It does this by providing residents with 15 enclosed garages on the rear of each building. A single-story clubhouse with a nearby pool provides endless enjoyment for residents year-round.
