Independence Student Living

Currently known in the area as Millennial Towers, this 108-unit - 500+ bedroom student living complex is a block away from USU's Maverik Stadium. This red brick - podium style building has two levels of underground parking and five levels of 4 and 5-bedroom units. This project was completed in 2016 and was one of USU's first large off-campus student housing projects.
