Young Automotive Group’s new headquarters in Layton, UT, makes a powerful statement with 51’ tall concrete tilt-up panels made from a staggering 186,000 cu ft. of concrete. This architectural masterpiece features design elements, including actual wood running vertically through the concrete panels, LED light strips placed strategically to illuminate the black panels at night, and a wood and glass curtain wall system along the front of the building.
Towering windows allow natural light to flow in and reflect off the polished concrete floor, illuminating the dramatic lobby space. This 160,000-sf office/warehouse is a fantastic addition to Layton’s growing community. This is modern architecture at its finest.
