AE Urbia was proud to partner with Lehi City Power and Hughes General Contractors to design and build a forward-thinking facility. The 63,000-square-foot exposed concrete tilt-up structure features a striking combination of integrally colored onyx and gray concrete panels, adding depth and visual appeal. Modern touches such as sandblasted concrete, blue-tinted window glazing, and metal panel canopies enhance both aesthetics and functionality.
Adjacent to the main building, a repurposed metal structure houses three natural gas generators, providing essential power production for this rapidly growing city.
