AE Urbia was proud to partner with Lehi City Power and Hughes General Contractors to create a new facility with the future in mind. The 63,000-square-foot exposed concrete tilt-up building alternates integrally colored concrete panels of onyx and gray to add depth and visual interest. Sandblasted concrete, blue-tinted window glazing, and metal panel canopies are modern touches that provide accent and functionality. The adjacent metal building was repurposed and now holds three natural gas generators, providing valuable power production for this growing city.
