Layton Station is a 252-unit, five-story residential community built atop a concrete podium that integrates parking and shared amenity spaces. The podium structure supports a range of resident amenities, including an outdoor pool and hot tub, clubhouse, golf simulator, dog wash, and secure bike storage.
We provided structural engineering services and collaborated with Beecher Walker Architects on the architectural design.
