Bringhurst Station features nine flexible tilt-up buildings that can be used for a variety of purposes, including office, warehouse, industrial, retail, or restaurant spaces. The buildings are designed as single-story structures, but they can also accommodate mezzanines or second floors if needed.
The design focuses on a modern aesthetic. Concrete form liners were used, creating different textures to represent brick and wood. Varied colors give the exterior a distinctive look. Awnings, sunshades, and canopies extend from the walls, adding both visual interest and functionality by creating shadow lines and providing protection for entrances.
