This project features a clean, simple form enhanced by perimeter panels that support an exterior trellis. The trellis creates shifting shadows throughout the day, adding movement and visual interest to the façade.
Completed on time and within budget, the tilt-up concrete structure contributed to LEED certification through its regional sourcing and recycled content. Insulated panels, expansive glazing, and skylights maximize energy efficiency and natural daylight.
