We were proud to serve as both architect and structural engineer for the Larkspur Apartment Complex, an 86-unit, 3-story HUD project that combines residential comfort with community convenience. Designed in a Mountain Modern style, the wood-framed building features elevator service and thoughtfully planned layouts for modern living.
The project includes vibrant mixed-use spaces, with commercial tenants like Anytime Fitness, and a variety of resident amenities including a spacious outdoor gathering area, dog park, bike lockers, a bike repair station, and on-site leasing.
Every aspect of the design prioritizes livability, functionality, and connection — creating a welcoming home for residents while supporting an active, engaged community.
