This unbuilt 10-story high-rise was a bold exploration of contemporary urban mixed-use design, blending luxury, entertainment, and architectural drama. At its heart was a vibrant Art Deco–inspired restaurant and a 100-seat private theatre—spaces designed to immerse guests in a richly detailed, cinematic atmosphere.
The building also featured a nightclub with a striking 30-foot cantilevered glass dance floor, a structural and visual centerpiece intended to hover dramatically over the city below. Every element was crafted to deliver a layered experience of spectacle and sophistication.
While the project ultimately remained unbuilt, it stands as a testament to our passion for imaginative, technically ambitious design—and to the power of architecture to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
