AE Urbia partnered with Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) to design a facility that reflects their commitment to sustainability, wellness, and environmental leadership. Our goal was to create a fun, healthy, and energy-efficient workplace that supports both the company’s values and the people who bring them to life.
A key element in achieving these goals was the use of tilt-up concrete construction. This method not only provided structural efficiency and durability but also played a significant role in enhancing the building’s thermal performance—supporting long-term energy savings and a reduced environmental footprint.
