The Prestige Office Building is a four-story, 127,598-square-foot Class-A office building in Draper, Utah. It is the first to use concrete tilt-up walls for its lateral load-resisting system. The structure features 57.5-foot-tall tilt-up wall panels, poured on the ground and lifted into place, allowing the building’s shell to be erected in just two weeks. Its floor-to-ceiling glazing and high glass-to-wall ratio create a striking and modern aesthetic, setting it apart from other Class-A office buildings.
